Terms of service

The agreement between you and us. Plain wording, no clauses designed to be skipped.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Who you are contracting with

OffRentAudit is operated by Tigran Avakov, a self-employed individual, Mirzo-Ulugbek 45A, 100007 Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tigran Avakov trading as OffRentAudit, and "you" means the business using the service.

What the service does

We read the equipment rental invoices you send us and compare each line with the rates printed on it, with the terms of your contract as you enter them, and with your off-rent log. We show the differences with their basis and prepare a letter asking the rental company for a credit.

The checks are fixed rules. The reading of an invoice is verified against the text of its pages, and an item we cannot confirm is reported as needing data, never as a difference.

What a finding is, and what it is not

A finding is our comparison of your invoice with your own documents. It is not legal advice, not accounting advice, and not a determination that a rental company owes you anything. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm.

A finding is only as good as the terms and records it rests on. You enter or confirm them; check them before you rely on a finding.

We do not contact the rental company. The letter goes to you, and you decide whether to send it, from your company and in its name. An off-rent notice we prepare is opened in your own mail, and you send it from there. We cannot promise that any rental company will accept a finding or give a credit.

Your account and your data

You sign in with your email and a password; the first sign-in and password resets use a one time link sent to your email. You are responsible for your password and for keeping access to that mailbox. Upload or forward only invoices and documents your business is entitled to hold. We do not log in to a rental company's portal for you.

What we store and who else handles it is set out in our privacy policy.

Exporting and closing

Everyone who is signed in to your company can take its data away. Your data comes as JSON and CSV, and the files you sent come as ZIP archives. Only the person who created the company can close the account. The person who created the company can also ask us by email to close the account: we check that the message comes from that person, and then erase the data in the same order as when you close the account yourself.

Closing the account cancels the subscription and then erases the data of your company, usually within an hour, at the latest within a day. It cannot be undone: take the export first. Closing ends the subscription now, and on an annual plan we then refund the unused whole months by hand, under the refund policy. Cancelling the subscription, described below, is different: it stops the next renewal and leaves your data and your access in place until the end of the period you paid for.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The free audit covers the last 3 months of invoices from one rental company.

  • The audit starts with the first invoice that charges rent, from one rental company, dated in the 3 months before the day it is read; the 3 months count back from that day.
  • You choose the rental company before the audit starts. If you have not chosen, it is the company of that first invoice.
  • Invoices dated outside that window, older or later, and invoices of another rental company wait for a subscription: they are kept, and checked when you subscribe.
  • Without a subscription you can hand in up to 1,000 files in all.

To check more you need a subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance, by what you spend on equipment rental in a year. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. We take no share of the credits.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and as the seller for tax purposes. Your receipt and your card statement will show Paddle. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.

Cancel at any time in the Paddle customer portal, linked from the Billing page, or by emailing support@offrentaudit.com and we will do it within one business day. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period runs to its end. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 14 days.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, overload or reverse engineer it, and do not resell its output as your own service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that is used to process data obtained unlawfully. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for the outcome of a request you make to a rental company.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country where those rights apply.
