Refund policy
14 days to get your money back, for any reason.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Who this applies to
This policy covers payments for OffRentAudit, which is sold by Tigran Avakov, a self-employed individual, Mirzo-Ulugbek 45A, 100007 Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Change your mind
Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for a refund for any reason at all, including no reason. We do not ask you to justify it.
How to request one
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or email support@offrentaudit.com with your subscription ID. Include the invoice number from your receipt if you have it. There is no form to fill in.
We decide within one business day. Once approved, Paddle.com Market Ltd returns the money to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Renewals and annual plans
Cancelling stops the next renewal. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
On an annual plan that you cancel mid term, we refund the unused whole months beyond the 14 day window, calculated from the end of the month in which you cancel. If the year was sold at a discount, each month already used is charged at the full price, one twelfth of the yearly price before the discount, and we refund what is left of what you paid, if anything.
If you close the account instead of cancelling, the subscription ends at once and the data is erased, as the terms of service describe. On an annual plan we then refund the unused whole months by hand, in Paddle, on the same terms as above. We start it ourselves when the account is closed; if you have not heard from us, write to support@offrentaudit.com. The timing is the one above: we decide within one business day, and once approved Paddle.com Market Ltd returns the money to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What we do not refund
We do not refund an account suspended for breaking the terms of service, or repeated purchases made to have the same period checked and refunded more than once.
